Tracy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has been working with youth and adults facing various mental health and substance use struggles for over fourteen years.

She specializes in substance use, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and low self-worth, along with a passion for providing Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. 

Guiding her practice is a belief that behind these struggles are individuals with unique stories and lived experiences that connect with both suffering and strength. Thus, she strives to create a compassionate and safe space for exploring together experiences and desired change.

Tracy has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.  She has training in and draws from the following counselling modalities: Emotion-Focused Therapy for both Individuals and Couples, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Self- Compassion, and Motivational Interviewing.

Each session she commits to integrating therapeutic knowledge and skills, with a genuine, warm, and empathic nature. She views her role as a counsellor as an absolute privilege and has maintained both passion and joy for helping others live their preferred lives.
